Deliveries and returns policy

PSLT Fitness Solutions manufacture, re manufacture and buy back commercial gym equipment. Since all our items are bulky and will only be delivered as a palletised kerbside/yard, please see the deliveries and returns policy as a guide for when you are making your purchase.

How Does Delivery Work?

Delivery via a courier will be delivered as a palletised kerbside/yard delivery only. For insurance purposes the couriers are not allowed to enter your building, so please ensure you have people and/or equipment available to move the machine into your building. A signature will be required upon receiving the Goods (please check the Goods before signing).

An alternative is a collection from our premises in Colne. Our Warehouse hours are Mondays – Fridays; 9:00am – 17:00pm. A forklift is available for loading the equipment.

*Please Notebefore all items are sent out, we will send you pictures of the equipment for you to approve the condition. If you have received the item and you notice any marks, a Refund or a Return will not be processed unless the equipment was damaged during transit.

When Will My Delivery Arrive?

All our equipment will take 5 working days to be dispatched after you have approved your item. If you haven’t received your item after the scheduled date, please get in touch with us.

How Do I Keep a Track of My Delivery?

You will receive up-to-date emails, where you can track your delivery status.

What If My Item Is Damaged When It Arrived?

Please check over the item before signing the delivery notes, if the item appears to be damaged in transit, you will have the option to refuse the item and it will be returned. If the courier does not offer this, please state on the paperwork the damage and send a picture of the damaged pallet to us within 48 hours. We will take action with the couriers

I Have Received My Item But I Have Changed My Mind?

If you are not happy with your item, please return the item in the same condition it was sent out within 14 days (Returns carriage will be paid by the buyer). A Refund will be issued once the equipment has been returned and will be made by the same method of payment. If you require collection, we can arrange this at the buyer’s expense.

Which Items Can’t Be Returned?

All our sales / discounted equipment cannot be Returned and Refunded.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, your order will be on hold for 24 hours. If you wish to cancel, please let us know and we will refund your money. After 24 hours, your order will be processed.

Warranty:

All the products on the CORE Brand come with 12 months manufacturer’s warranty. We do not offer any warranty on our refurbished gym equipment as all our equipment is re-manufactured. However, we do offer a 14 days Return policy.
