Dual Rear Delt/Pec Fly – DHZ

The Rear Delt/Pec Fly is equipped with adjustable, rotating
arms, which should adapt to the arm length of different exercisers
and offer the right training posture. The independent adjustment
crank on both sides, not only offer different starting positions, but
also provide more variety in training. The long and narrow back
padding provides support for the back during the Pec Fly and for
the chest muscles during the training of the delta muscles.
