The most important part of working out – make it fun

Working out is something that most of us either love to hate; rather like marmite, but one thing we have in common is we still do it. Most of us have developed routines and lifestyles that help us achieve these goals but the most important part of working out – is to make it fun.

If you want that consistency – that look that rarely goes beyond 10% of where you need it to be, then make your workouts fun, so they don’t seem like work. The most powerful muscle in your body is your brain; If you work that in the same way as your biceps achieving results will be so much easier.

The secret that every bodybuilder, runner or athlete will tell you is the most basic principle of working out, and that is – make it fun.
